The hemp flour, made by processing the hemp seeds, is an incomparable ingredient to prepare high nutritional food: this kind of flour displays a high protein content over 27 and a full spectrum of 8 essential amino acids it contains a right balance of essential fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3, fiber, mineral nutrients such as sodium, calcium and potassium, vitamins E, B1, B2 and phytosterols.
Thanks to these special features the hemp seeds flour helps to strengthen the immune system and provides an important anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, preventing action.
“La Campofilone” has chosen this unique healthy ingredient to produce a special egg pasta. The naturally gluten-free organic hemp seeds flour is mixed with the organic durum wheat semolina and eggs to obtain a complete, more digestible and good for health dough.

Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Use a deep pot and at least 3L water for 250g pasta. Add salta s water comes to a boil bring to a gentle boil and add pasta. Stir gently to separate pieces and cook the pasta for 2 minutes.
