PRODUCT INFORMATION

La Sfoglia can be used without previous boiling. For preparing delicious homemade lasagne, it is enough to alternate layers of La Sfoglia sheets and abundant sauce ragout or simple tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese, béchamel and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. You can prepare also yummy vegetarian lasagna using seasonal vegetables and cheese creams. If your prefer, you can cook La Sfoglia in advance, dipping it in abundant salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then add the sauce you like and let it cook in the oven at 200°C for a 20 minutes.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs 33,4. It may contain traces of soy and mustard.

Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.

Use a deep pot and at least 3L water for 250g pasta. Add salta s water comes to a boil bring to a gentle boil and add pasta. Stir gently to separate pieces and cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes.
